My first taste of oranges!

Mommy was right when she thought I'd like oranges! At our last Heads, Shoulders, Knees & Toes class we all smelled essential oils and I was really liking all of the citrus scents, so that's why I'm trying oranges today.Mommy took out some of the pulp and let me pick it up and chew on it below (eat it). Below you can see a video of my chewing on the rind, I think it tastes good!

Standing up like a BIG girl!

I LOVE standing up (I have to have something to hold onto tho) and here I am playing in my crib.

The Hafers came to meet me!!!

The Hafers, Dad's friends from college, came to meet me on Sunday! I had a really nice time and loved them immediately. I loved them both holding me right away and didn't fuss one bit!!! They're like family to my Dad and Mom and I can tell why!

I made a new friend today!

I made a new friend today! This is Honey the Bunny who sits down by my Tiny Love mat. I love talking to the bunny and duck above my changing table but today Mom spotted me making friends with another bunny in my room!

Also Mom's teaching me sign language and I recognize the sign for bunny (imagine that!).

When I see the sign for "bunny" - I usually smile!

I can now pull myself up to standing in my crib!

Mom had to lower my mattress because I can pull myself up in my crib now! I feel like a big girl when I do this!

Time to wake up!

Mommy caught me here waking up from my morning nap, my longest and most restful nap of the day!

Dad built me my OWN enclosed play pen!

This is great! Dad knows I love my duck so he put some fun duck fabric on the walls!
See how happy I am! See also the big duck right by Daddy - he bought it for me - it quacks out loud and I love it!

Mommy knitted me another hat today!

Check out my new hat! Mommy thinks I look pretty in pink, I just like my new hat! She knitted it with yarn that she's had for years and made mittens with it before. Maybe next year she'll knit me my own mittens to match my new hat!

Peek-a-Boo!

Here I'm sitting in my bed and Mom's playing Peek-a-boo with me. She's also leaning from the right to the left behind the crib bars which I think is funny! Also I'm 7 months old today!!!

7 months old today and I'm REALLY crawling now!

Today I crawled across my bedroom - twice! Watch out Mom and Dad! I'll be getting into EVERYTHING now! :)
